So this week we're going to watch an animation about a Shirt Machine and then we'll be writing explanations about how it works.
To watch it, follow the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Fgmw8LOkAI
We'll be learning more about levers and forces in science and writing more flow charts to get models to work via the computers. So all in all we've got a busy week!
A brilliant class who are going to do some amazing work this year so watch this space to see good examples.

This week's homework.....
Write a newspaper report about the town visit and how you are going to make a town trail with the information.
You have until next Thursday to write it. You could include some pictures if you like.
This Week
We had a fabulous trek around town to survey people's opinions. Thanks to everyone who gave up their time to answer our questions. Most people were really helpful and we chose a really sunny day too!!
We managed to take some great photographs that we can hopefully use for our town trail app.
In the meantime have a go at the decimal game at the bottom of the page and keep up the great work.
